like the title what skills did you use to beat you doppleganger in under 50 seconds?

I think i brought frenzy and healing breeze and some other sword skills. He didn't use healing sig but dk if he does now. And i never used frenzy lol, it took him down fast lol.

My Warrior just used the crappy build I had back then

[card]Triple Chop[/card][card]Executioner's Strike[/card][card]Dismember[/card][card]Shield Stance[/card][card]Healing Signet[/card][card]Troll Unguent[/card][card]Apply Poison[/card][card]Resurrection Signet[/card]

I even took the Res Signet. I was a noob back then. Killed him in 11 seconds though.

Now, if I'd do it the smart way, I'd use this;

[card]Frenzy[/card][blank][blank][blank][blank][blank][energy attack skill][energy attack skill]

The blank skills being empty slots and the energy attacks being attack skils that require energy.

My Elementalist went though when I wasn't a noob, and I used this;

[card]Wastrel's Worry[/card][card]Flare[/card][Blank][Blank][Blank][Blank][Blank][card]Backfire[/card]

I filled my skillbar up with Nature Rituals (I was R/Mo) and simply pummeled the life out of my doppleganger while they cast all those spirits.

I originally did what Ecklipze did with my ranger, though that takes a while and just barely gets your time under the bonus limit (you kill him in like 48 seconds that way). I learned a new way recently:

[skill]Bestial Pounce[/skill][skill]Predator's Pounce[/skill][skill]Feral Lunge[/skill]

Shoot at him and use pet attacks whenever possible. No, he doesn't bring a pet. You can kill him in about 14 seconds this way.

My W/Mo brought Frenzy and some random attack skills. Didn't use frenzy, but pummeled the doppel rather quickly, like 8 seconds.

My mes did this:

[skill]Backfire[/skill][skill]Wastrel's Worry[/skill]
Only used the former on the doppel, you can imagine what happened.

My now-deleted ele did this, though this took like 3 minutes.

I just used Searing Flames for the hell of it. It works fine and killed him less then 20 secs.

1) Fire Attunement
2) Aura OF Restoration
3) Glyph of Lesser Energy
4) Searing Flames [E]
5) Glowing Gaze
6) Liquid Flame
7) Glyph of Sacriface
8) Rez. Chant.

The Doppel doesnt use th build right and usually glyph of sacrifices the SF. That PLUS the fact I had pyro armor and 16 fire magic made sure that Doppel didnt even have a chance.

My ranger used [skill]Bestial Fury[/skill] to power [skill]Enraged Lunge[/skill].

My warrior had it easier. Went /Rt and used
[skill]Vengeful Was Khanhei[/skill][skill]Vengeful Weapon[/skill] while standing there doing nothing. Dopple died real quick...

i 55'ed my dopple once. idk if it was under the time limit.

ranger: pet skills + nature rituals
monk (non 55) healing breeze, life attunement, wanding

My ranger loaded up all the pet spells. The doppelganger doesn't have a pet.

Some basic Aeromancer build and spammed him to death with Lightning Strike/Javelin/Orb. Had him down in ~9-10 seconds.=D

I'm not 100% sure I got the bonus but my Ritualist took Bloodsong, Spirit Rift, and Essence Strike. Bloodsong and Essence Strike are pretty much optional, just in case you run out of energy. AwS would work too. Just Spirit Rift him and run away from his.

My Ranger just took pet attacks, and my Monk used Empathy and ran around dodging things (I'm not sure if Monk got bonus either).

for necro, just equip awaken the blood and a shitload of sacraficing skills and sit back and watch him commit suicide....

My warrior: Frenzy+ loads attack skills
Necro: Awaken the blood+loads of health sacrifice skills
Ranger:4-5 spirits, 2 attack skills, and your pet

Let's see, it was quite awhile ago.

For my nuker, I used Aura of Restoration and Conjure Flame before going in

and dropped Meteor Shower on him as soon as I got there. Killed him easily before he could get up.

My necros let him sacrifice himself to death, and that includes my characters with a necro secondary.

My first R/Mo got him with smites (no pets allowed back then) and a wand, and my second ranger's pet tore him up while I watched and popped a few shots off.

Gave up on the warrior and mesmer before getting that far, and never could get in to the new classes.

Easiest methods:

1. Equip Frenzy, don't use it.
2. Backfire + Empathy, stand still.
3. Bring a pet.
4. Use daggers (Dunno if it's fixed.)

I was playing as a Me/N and used sacrificing spells, like Order of the Vampire, Order of Pain, Awaken the Blood, etc.

Mo/E - Meteor Shower + Flare + movement.

N/Me - Empathy+insidious parasite+enfeeblement+price of failure

W/R - Hammerskills + melee disrupt + healing signet + rez (had 50 health left at the end; can't remember exactly what hammerskills I used)

A/Mo - Golden Phoenix Strike+Twisted Fangs+Moebius Strike+Retribution (with vampiric weapon) (GPS is the one that needs to be enchanted to hit, right?)

R/Mo - Spirits only, killed with just my bow (no skills)

Me/Mo - Backfire + Orison of Healing

Rit/N - Spirit Rift + Shelter + Union + Essence Strike + Attuned Was Tsungai (e).

My D/Mo and P/Me aren't there yet.
